Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Recent craft cocktails experience preferred with high-volume bartending exposure.
• Excellent guest communication and service orientation.
• Ability to handle cash, perform basic math and operate a POS.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper set-up of the bar daily.
• Stock beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies based on daily projections.
• Prepare and garnish drinks, ensure quality and portion control.
• Greet guests and document orders for drinks.
• Operate POS, balance cash and process payments.
• Store and secure equipment and cash drops.
• Adhere to all state, federal and corporate alcohol-service rules.
• Assist with inventory and general bar duties as assigned.
