Soho House in Nashville is seeking an energetic Bartender to craft cocktails, serve guests, and contribute to a memorable member experience. You will follow recipes, upsell beverages, and maintain a clean, efficient bar during peak service hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in high-volume F&B operation.
• Craft cocktail experience.
• Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and assist other bartenders.
• Educate guests about beverage options from House Tonic trainings.
• Promote menu items through seasonal specials and pairings to drive sales.
• Handle payments and operate the cash register.
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol service to ensure compliance.
• Arrange displays to promote beverages and enhance guest experience.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Barbacks for replenishment.
