Requirements: 2+ years in a high-volume F&B setting, craft cocktail expertise, and strong communication. Coffee drinks a plus; ability to multitask with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working in high-volume F&B operation.
• Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced perishable items.
• Experience making coffee drinks a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining consistency.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliable.
• Tips certified.
• Micros POS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and company guidelines for preparing cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks used at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and organized section; collaborate with other bartenders to wash glassware and utensils; clean up after customers and work area.
• Educate guests and members about beverage options learned through House Tonic trainings.
• Discuss and describe daily specials, seasonally influenced menu items and food pairing options to promote additional sales.
• Collect payment on all sold items and operate a cash register.
• Check identification to ensure legal age for alcohol/tobacco and monitor over-consumption.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays and promote beverages.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies and delegate replenishment to Barbacks.
• Mix ingredients according to drink recipes to maintain a global program and consistent experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
