Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Food Handlers certificate and an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABC-accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant.
• Capable of handling stress under pressure and providing quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Be fluent in all menus, both food and beverage
• Walk guests through the menu to answer questions and accommodate dietary restrictions
• Check back with guests about each dish and beverage, and refresh as needed
• Communicate effectively with service team members
• Maintain knowledge of menu history and product information
• Assist with receiving beverage deliveries and stocking areas
• Other tasks as assigned
