Job summary

BOCA is seeking a friendly bartender/server to deliver genuine hospitality in the bar and dining area. You will mix, garnish, and serve drinks per BOCA specs, and take orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.

You will maintain knowledge of the menu, operate the POS to ring orders, verify IDs, and ensure guests have a great experience with attentive, compliant service. Uniform and hygiene are important, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintains genuine hospitality and delivers exceptional customer service at the bar and dining area.
• Mixes, garnishes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per BOCA specifications.
• Takes orders for beverages and food items; processes payments and makes change.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of BOCA food and beverage preparation, menu, and specials.
• Take orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.
• Prepare orders for beverages and food items.
• Able to use a computer to ring orders into a POS
• Refill drinks and ensure guest satisfaction; interact with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age; refuse service when needed and notify a manager.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and uniform hygiene; report to meetings as required.
