Benihana - Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience. You will engage guests, anticipate needs, and maintain high-energy service in a vibrant setting.

The role requires knowledge of mixology, the ability to multitask, and strong guest communication. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays to support a busy dining room and bar operation.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Engage with guests, provide menu recommendations and an interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and process payments accurately.
• Set up and stock the bar, ensuring cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Garnish drinks and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food running and bussing tables when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
