Responsibilities

• Open bar and complete setup procedures
• Maintain control of bar area during shifts, including closing

• Manage stock and requisitions, update cocktail lists
• Mix and serve drinks per recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain bar equipment cleanliness and glassware
• Stock beverages, garnishes, and bar snacks
• Uphold health and safety standards
• Collaborate with servers to deliver excellent service
• Adhere to hotel policies and maintain excellence in attitude and performance
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
