Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Previous bartending, serving or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage program.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to make food and beverage pairing suggestions.
• Cash handling and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them in a friendly manner.
• Present drink menus, take orders, and upsell drinks and food items.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard recipes.
• Perform wine service when required.
• Record orders in the POS system and process payments.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with FOH/BOH and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
