Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions as needed.
• Know drink recipes, prices, types of beverages and proper glassware.
• Accurately handle cash, MICROS/registers, banking, and tip policies.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years thereafter.
