Remington Hospitality seeks an experienced bartender in Anchorage to efficiently maintain bar supplies, prepare daily requisitions, and ensure accurate charging of guests.

You will master drink recipes, glassware, garnishes, and pricing, handle cash with MICROS, nurture guest relations, resolve complaints, and complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every two years.

Formación

• Familiar with liquor types, recipes and prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Skilled in cash handling, discounts, and tipping policies.
• Knowledge of MICROS or POS systems and standard banking procedures.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Trained in liquor liability with regular refreshers (within 30 days of start and every 2 years).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions as needed.
• Know drink recipes, prices, and beverage offerings.
• Charge guests accurately for drinks using the POS system.
• Ensure accurate intake of all monies and handle cash securely.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
