Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop deep menu knowledge to advise guests.
• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages.
• Accurately take and input orders with accuracy.
• Present food and drinks with attention to presentation.
• Keep dining area and bar tidy; refill drinks as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff for smooth service.
• Upsell menu items and beverage pairings to guests.
• Process payments and provide receipts.
