Qualifications

• World-class customer service required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Craft cocktail experience is required.
• Handles money responsibly and accurately.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Effective time management.
• Can read and follow recipes.
• Capable of converting measurements and scaling recipes.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
• Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service.
• Interact with guests in a professional, positive manner.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails.
• Adhere to health and legal standards.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
