Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
• Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service.
• Interact with guests in a professional, positive manner.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails.
• Adhere to health and legal standards.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
