Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver a premier guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fun venue. The role focuses on mixology, guest engagement, and teamwork to elevate every visit.

You will work with a diverse team across our tech-infused hospitality concept, maintain standards, follow safety procedures, and participate in opening/closing duties. Compensation includes tips and benefits, with a flexible schedule across our open hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in high volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state and/or local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game every day.
• Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions
• Stock/restock appropriate bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow all steps of service to effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests needs and show attentiveness to ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Safely and effectively transport food and beverage.
• Keep areas tidy and comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Give direction to barbacks and be a team player
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
