Job summary

Pure Kitchen in Frisco, CO is seeking an experienced bartender to join a lively, scenic dining scene. You will guide guests through cocktails, beers, and wines, craft beverages to recipe standards, and ensure accurate orders and payments.

We value warmth, knowledge, and teamwork, with a tip pool and flexible shifts. This is a full-time/split-optional role in Frisco, CO, offering a friendly, energetic workplace near the Rockies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar (required).
• Genuine hospitality instincts: friendly, approachable, and attentive.
• Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, including preparation techniques and pairing basics.
• Comfortable with Toast POS or similar point‑of‑sale systems.
• Solid math skills for handling payments, making change, and managing a bar bank.
• A true team player who supports the shared work environment, including our tip pool.
• Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the bar with genuine warmth, setting the tone for their entire experience.
• Guide guests through our cocktail, beer, and wine offerings with confidence, making thoughtful recommendations and answering questions about ingredients, preparation, and dietary needs.
• Prepare and pour cocktails, beer, and wine accurately, consistently, and in line with recipe and portion standards.
• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and in a timely manner, including for guests seated at tables.
• Check IDs and monitor guest alcohol consumption, intervening responsibly when needed.
• Upsell menu items naturally, focusing on what genuinely enhances the guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth, accurate order delivery.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and manage cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar throughout and after service.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative shift environment.
