Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a bartender to mix and serve beverages in a fast-paced, entertaining setting. You’ll showcase craft cocktails, greet guests warmly, and contribute to a memorable guest experience that blends hospitality with our tech-infused mini golf vibe.

Responsibilities include following recipes, stocking supplies, maintaining bar cleanliness, and working with team to ensure service excellence. This role offers flexible schedules, tip-based earnings, and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses/certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear communication to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions.
• Stock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow service steps to effectively service a full bar top and dining area.
• Anticipate guests needs and show attentiveness to exceed expectations.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Safely and effectively transport food and beverages.
• Keep areas tidy and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Give direction to barbacks and be a team player.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
• Follow all employment policies and procedures.
• Other duties including opening/closing tasks.
