Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Bartender to mix and serve cocktails in a high-energy, guest-focused environment. The role highlights craft cocktails, attentive service, and a welcoming, fun demeanor that elevates the guest experience.

Our venues open 11am–1am seven days a week with flexible schedules. Expect 15–30 hours per week, base wage plus tips, and eligibility for benefits such as health coverage, PTO, and 401(k) matching; free mini golf and meal discounts are also offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certificates per state and/or local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes.
• Stock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow steps of service for bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs and ensure a superior guest experience.
