Puttshack USA is seeking an energetic Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver outstanding guest service in a lively, high-volume bar environment. You will mix and serve beverages according to recipes, stock bar areas, and maintain an organized cocktail station and dining area.

A positive, guest-first attitude is essential. Responsibilities include greeting guests, following safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with team members to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior craft cocktail experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong emotional intelligence and awareness.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Must obtain required state/local alcohol licenses and certifications.
• Effective communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm invitation and smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes.
• Stock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes.
• Follow service steps to cover the bar, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations with attentiveness.
• Complete alcohol awareness training and follow safety guidelines.
