Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a guest-focused Bartender in Miami to craft cocktails and serve beverages with precision and hospitality. You will follow recipes, maintain a vibrant bar, and contribute to an elevated guest experience in a lively venue.

We offer flexible 15–30 hour weekly schedules, base pay plus tips, and benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, PTO, and associate discounts such as free mini golf and meals.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
Prior craft cocktail experience in high volume restaurant or bar.
Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
Must obtain required licenses and certificates per state and/or local requirements.
Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

Bring your 'A' Game every day.
Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions.
Stock/restock appropriate bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
Follow all steps of service to effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
Anticipate guests needs and show attentiveness to ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations.
