Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests in a fast-paced, tech-infused mini golf and dining venue. You will mix drinks, stock bar areas, and maintain pristine service standards while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Craft cocktail experience in high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses/certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions.
• Stock/restock bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow steps of service for full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Transport food and beverages safely and efficiently.
• Keep areas tidy and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Give direction to barbacks and be a team player.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
