Job summary

Puttshack in the United States is seeking a Bartender to mix and serve beverages, showcasing mixology skills and hospitality. You will contribute to an elevated guest experience by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and helping to exceed guest expectations.

The role supports a fast-paced, high-volume venue open daily; training on alcohol standards, procedures, safety, and collaboration with the barbacks and kitchen will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
• Craft cocktail experience in high-volume setting.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Clear communication to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game every day.
• Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions.
• Stock/restock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow all steps of service to effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests needs and show attentiveness to ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Safely and effectively transport food and beverage.
• Keep areas tidy and comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Give direction to barbacks and be a team player.
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
