Qualifications

• Knowledge and passion for craft beer
• Experience in hospitality and customer service
• Strong verbal communication and guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of company initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Attends and participates in daily huddles.
• Follows Steps of Service as outlined in the Six-Pack.
• Maintains knowledge through Monthly Service Tools and training modules.
• Follows coaching from GM, Lead, or Shift Captain.
• Delivers friendly, professional hospitality and creates memorable guest experiences.
• Works collaboratively with teammates to support operations and service.
