Qualifications

• 1-2 years of progressive brewpub management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train BP Crew Members on daily responsibilities and standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure clear expectations.
• Hire and onboard BP Crew Members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Oversee staffing, shift execution, and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Support company marketing programs and policies.
