pFriem Family Brewers in Hood River, OR is seeking a line cook to join our award-winning tasting room team. You will work on a designated station, handle prep, and assist with opening and closing procedures while maintaining cleanliness, quality, and professionalism in a fast-paced kitchen.

You bring at least 1 year of kitchen experience, a positive team attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Join a growing craft beer brand with strong culture and great benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior kitchen experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to measure ingredients by weight and volume accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism on shift.

• Complete daily prep needs and follow recipes as written.
• Inventory, communicate with managers, and support team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Follow kitchen checklists and guides.
