Job summary

Barrel One Collective in Windsor, VT is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our brewery production team. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, help package beer, and ensure products meet our quality and safety standards.

We're looking for someone with a hands-on mindset, mechanical aptitude, and a collaborative approach. Prior brewery experience helps but isn't required; manufacturing or packaging experience and a passion for beer are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewery packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist packaging to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Monitor equipment and adjust machines during runs.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Record production logs and documentation accurately.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area.
• Collaborate with brewing, quality, warehouse and other teams.
• Assist with changeovers, startup, shutdown, and cleaning.
• Identify ways to improve safety, quality, efficiency.
