The role requires a minimum of 2 years brewing or beverage manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of brewing or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude around moving machinery.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and tolerate varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Execute cellar operations: CIP, fermentation management, filtration, yeast handling, tank CIP, and logs.
• Manage wort production, milling, hops additions, samples for lab analysis.
• Maintain turbidity, CO2, and O2 within specs; conduct checks.
• Keep brewhouse and cellar areas clean and tour-ready.
• Document production steps with daily logs and batch records.
• Communicate issues to Head/Senior Brewer; support cross-department work.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety compliance.
