Job summary

Brown Bag Beverage, a craft-focused beverage distributor based in California, is seeking an experienced Craft Beverage Account Manager/Sales Representative to drive growth in San Diego at a full-time, on-site capacity.

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of craft beers, visit accounts, negotiate placements, educate retail staff on product offerings, and coordinate tastings and promotions while partnering with internal teams to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and craft beer trends.
• Excellent customer service with relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable educating retail staff on products and beer styles.
• Experience in sales, territory management, and achieving targets.
• Basic budgeting and promotional planning abilities.
• Experience in beverage distribution or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow accounts across assigned territories.
• Visit accounts, present new products, secure placements.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper merchandising and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with brewery partners on promotions and in-store events.
• Provide education on craft beer styles and brand stories.
• Track sales performance and report market insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
