Job summary

Firestone Walker Brewing Company in California is seeking a Market Manager to grow sales across on- and off-premise accounts, secure new distribution, and work with the distributor network to expand FW beers.

You will travel to sales meetings, run promotions and events, build strong account relationships, and help manage budgets while reporting monthly. This role involves working with FW teams to exceed sales plans and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field a plus.
• At least 2 years of beverage or consumer goods selling experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new on- and off-premise distribution and call key accounts to secure growth.
• Create timely presentations and pitches to secure new distribution.
• Execute promotions, events, and sampling to build brand awareness and drive sales.
• Travel to company sales meetings and participate in market blitzes with FW team members.
• Maintain sales goals and personal budgets for the assigned territory and manage promotion budgets.
• Provide periodic reporting and feedback from distributor warehouses and account staff.
