Job summary

Monday Night Brewing in Atlanta seeks a full-time Field Sales Representative for our off-premise territory across Georgia, with some travel to Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina.

Based in Atlanta, this role focuses on growing sales, educating retailers and wholesalers, and building relationships with accounts while representing the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years sales/market experience.
• Strong interpersonal and hospitality mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retailers to increase sales and awareness.
• Educate wholesalers on portfolio, brand standards, and quality standards.
• Log retailer visits and interactions in KARMA.
• Maintain and update CRM daily.
• Attend bi-weekly sales meetings and prepare territory reports.
• Set up promotions, tastings, and market engagements.
