Hyatt Regency Greenwich is seeking a courteous bartender to serve guests, prepare drinks, and manage bar operations on a daily basis. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and ensure accurate cash handling in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires knowledge of beverages, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long hours. Benefits include meals, parking, fitness access, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Hotel or beverage service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and payments.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a bar setting.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup and stock.
• Greet guests, take orders, mix and present drinks.
• Follow standard recipes and portion controls for drinks.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawer, and process payments.
• Ensure compliance with state and corporate alcohol service policies.
• Close out checks and secure equipment and stock.
