Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions

• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs for age
• Adheres to credit card handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, cleans and sanitizes
• Takes inventory counts and ensures products are stocked
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guest needs
• Maintains a positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers
• Ensures security of company assets
