Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced guest-focused environment. You will greet guests, take orders, handle cash, and ensure responsible service in accordance with policies.

The ideal candidate has prior bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends.
• Able to obtain Aramark/state alcohol service certifications.
• Displays hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires lifting up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys fast-paced work environments.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders; processes cash/credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May provide servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs for legal age.
• Maintains cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations; cleans and sanitizes.
• Takes inventory and ensures product is stocked.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guest needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
