Job summary

Aramark is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails and serve beverages to guests with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will handle orders, cash and card transactions, and maintain standards for responsible alcohol service at client locations.

Experience as a bartender is preferred; the role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Training for required certifications and a commitment to safety and quality are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes.
• Ability to obtain alcohol service certifications.
• Excellent hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Checks patrons' identification to ensure minimum age for alcohol.
• Adheres to cash handling policies and service guidelines.
• Sets up and breaks down workstation; cleans and sanitizes.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked at appropriate levels.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
