Job summary

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, checking IDs, handling cash, maintaining bar cleanliness, and using MICROS to enter orders. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
• Must be able to check IDs and enforce alcohol laws.
• Familiar with MICROS POS and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and drinks according to recipes and specifications.
• Pour wine, liquor, and beer with correct portions.
• Check IDs of customers to prevent underage service.
• Prepare beverages for service and print tickets from the bar system.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and equipment.
• Wash glassware and bar utensils after use.
• Provide friendly, upbeat service and follow steps of service.
• Stock and restock bar supplies; perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
