Job summary

Titan Hospitality Group is hiring bartenders for multiple locations. The bartender will provide excellent customer service, prepare cocktails per recipes, and serve alcohol responsibly to guests of legal age.

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, pouring wine and beer, checking IDs, maintaining a clean bar, stacking glassware, and recording orders in MICROS while handling cash. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to measure cocktails and follow restaurant recipes.
• Must serve alcohol to guests of legal age and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean work area and stock the bar.
• Complete training as provided by management.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails per recipes and specifications.
• Accurately pour wine, liquor, and beer according to standard pours.
• Check identification of anyone purchasing alcohol.
• Produce beverages for guests and service bar tickets.
• Maintain a clean bar area including bar top and coolers.
• Wash glassware and bar utensils after each use.
• Ring items in MICROS and handle cash accurately.
• Stock and restock bar as needed and perform posted side work.
• Adhere to service steps and portray a professional demeanor.
