Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a friendly bartender to serve beverages to guests and assist with lounge cash handling. You will prepare drinks, maintain bar stock, and process room service orders using the hotel POS system.

Must be able to balance cash, follow liquor regulations, and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a neat appearance and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card and basic math for cash handling.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment and garnish drinks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and document drink orders, and serve beverages.
• Mix and present drinks following standard recipes with portion control.
• Maintain bar setup, stock garnishes, fruits, and condiments daily.
• Handle cash, process charges, balance cash drops and vouchers.
• Input orders into the POS, generate checks, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety procedures and policies.
