P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders to join our scratch kitchen team. Bartenders provide exceptional guest experiences with personalized service and hospitality, while crafting drinks and supporting bar operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to sanitation standards, and mastery of our beverage recipes to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card, or ability to obtain, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understands restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Partners with other hospitality service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to company specs.
• Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
