P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders to join our scratch kitchen concept.

Our team members provide exceptional guest experiences with attentive service and hospitality. This role focuses on crafting beverages, maintaining bar standards, and collaborating with servers to ensure guest satisfaction. We value teamwork, safety, and ongoing learning; this is a full- or part-time hourly dine-in position with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handler’s Card, or ability to obtain, where applicable.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and cleans bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understands restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Partners with other service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear a table neatly and efficiently per PF Chang’s specifications.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
