Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of high-volume bar experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol; must have a food handler’s card and TIPS certification.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks for customers and servers.
• Ensure proper materials and supplies are on hand.
• Talk to guests and ensure safe service to minors and intoxicated patrons.
• Act as the cashier for servers when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and glassware.
• Open and close inventory of spirits.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings and work varying shifts.
