Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa seeks a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a welcoming environment. The role involves preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes, and engaging with guests to ensure memorable experiences.

Candidates should have bartending experience in hotels or resorts, fluency in English, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bartending experience in a hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtainable upon hire where required.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required or obtainable upon hire where required.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a warm atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide recommendations on cocktails, wine, and specialty beverages.
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with alcohol service requirements.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Assist with special events and resort functions as needed.
