Responsibilities include taking orders, pouring and serving drinks, maintaining bar inventory, processing payments, verifying IDs, and keeping the bar clean and safe. This role requires a friendly, professional appearance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Partial high school education; HS diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Excellent sanitation habits.
• Professional appearance and high standard of service.
• Ability to communicate with guests and perform cash handling with TIPS training.
• Math skills and problem sensitivity for issue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate customer's needs and respond with urgency; fill drink and food orders.
• Pour, mix, and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Maintain liquor, garnishes, glassware and supplies for the bar.
• Take payment from customers.
• Check identification for alcohol service.
• Clean bar equipment and report safety issues to management.
