HHM Hotels is seeking a Bartender in Bloomington, IN to serve beverages and food with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will maintain bar areas, verify IDs, and handle orders while ensuring safety and cleanliness. This position offers opportunities to grow into Beverage Manager or Restaurant Supervisor roles.

Applicants should have bartending experience, a high school diploma, and either a TIPS certification or equivalent. Food sanitation training within 90 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification is a plus.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Take and serve beverage orders, and clear items from tables in bar area as needed.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Complete side work prior to shift end.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and high service quality.
