Job summary

Target’s Starbucks Barista role at our stores offers a fast-paced, guest-focused position where you craft handcrafted beverages and foods to recipe standards while delivering a welcoming experience. You will support drive-up, pickup, and in-store service, maintain food safety, stock, and cleanliness, and adapt to varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Training is provided and benefits are available; no prior Starbucks experience required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.

• Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness.
• Support Drive Up, OPU, and other guest services as needed.
• Ensure accurate in-store stock and replenish as required.
