Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and balance cash.
• Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Fluent enough English to understand guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous manner and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks per recipes and portions.
• Maintain bar setup and stock beverages, garnishes and supplies.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance cash at shift end.
• Answer bar phone, take room service orders, and input into the POS.
• Perform general cleaning and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support other beverage team members as needed.
