Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a mid-level Subcontracts Administrator to manage cradle-to-grave subcontract activities with increasing autonomy. You will support moderate to highly complex subcontract actions, conduct price analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise program teams during acquisition planning and execution.

You will administer subcontracts, draft and negotiate documents, perform market research, and manage P2P workflows while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in contracts or supply chain.
• 1–3 years of government subcontract administration experience.
• Ability to draft PSFs and negotiation memoranda; experience with price analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage subcontracts in accordance with policy and FAR/DFARS, CAS, TINA.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute moderately complex subcontracts and NDAs.
• Conduct price analysis using multiple methodologies.
• Issue RFx solicitations and evaluate proposals for compliance and price reasonableness.
• Manage P2P workflow queues and SCORE data retrieval.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
