Job summary

Amnex Solutions Corp in Oak Brook Terrace, IL seeks a Freight Sales Representative who owns the cradle-to-grave process—from prospecting and quoting to carrier sourcing, load tracking, and customer billing. You will close deals, build lasting shipper relationships, and ensure service excellence across the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in freight brokerage or logistics sales, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with TMS, load boards, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation account management experience.
• Proven ability to source, close, and manage freight independently in a cradle-to-grave model.
• Strong knowledge of OTR truckload, intermodal, or port drayage operations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Develop New Business across OTR/drayage segments.
• Operational execution: quote, book, track, and bill shipments to closure.
• Build long-term relationships with shippers and carriers and serve as the main contact.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop lane strategies, pricing models, and process improvements.
