Job summary

Amnex Solutions Corp is a rapidly growing freight and logistics company seeking an experienced Freight Sales Representative. You will own your book of business from day one, prospecting, quoting, developing lanes, sourcing carriers, and managing shipments end-to-end.

As you grow, Amnex supports your operations with additional carrier coverage so you can focus on building relationships and expanding accounts. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight brokerage, transportation sales, logistics, or account management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new customer relationships.
• Experience managing freight in a cradle-to-grave environment.
• Strong knowledge of OTR truckload, intermodal, drayage, or port operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, load boards, CRM systems, and carrier-vetting tools.
• Experience with platforms such as Turvo, DAT, Truckstop, RMIS, or Carrier411 is a plus.
• The ability to operate independently without needing someone constantly telling you what to do next.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Own Book of Business by prospecting and developing shipper relationships.
• Own the freight lifecycle: quote, price, source carriers, book and manage loads, and track shipments.
• Build and maintain carrier and customer relationships using RMIS, Carrier411, load boards, and TMS tools.
• Create lane strategies and pricing models to win profitable, repeatable freight.
• Communicate updates and exceptions; ensure documentation and billing are accurate.
