Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of freight brokerage or 3PL experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with high shipment volume.
• Proficient in TMS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships to build your book of business.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with customers and optimize margins.
• Source and vet qualified carriers while ensuring service reliability.
• Coordinate shipments and keep customers informed of status.
• Manage documentation, invoicing, and KPIs to ensure profitability.
