Job summary

KAG Logistics is seeking a driven Cradle-to-Grave Logistics Broker to manage the full lifecycle of freight transactions. Build a personal book of business, source and vet carriers, negotiate rates, and dispatch shipments from pickup through delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 2–5 years in freight brokerage or 3PL and a bachelor’s degree. On-site role in Dublin, OH with performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop shipper relationships and manage a personal book of business.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and dispatch shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Coordinate carrier procurement, ensure service reliability, and maintain documentation (rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, invoicing).

Position SummaryKAG Logistics is seeking a driven, results-oriented Cradle-to-Grave Logistics Broker to manage the full lifecycle of freight transactions—from prospecting and onboarding shippers to carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, dispatch, and final delivery.
