• Manage shipments cradle to grave from quoting, booking, and dispatch to tracking and delivery confirmation.
• Develop and manage carrier relationships, ensuring reliable capacity and competitive pricing.
• Monitor freight movement, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates proactively to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate, timely data in the TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics (load count, margin goals, new customers, etc.).
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier network opportunities.

This person will be responsible for managing the entire freight process from start to finish prospecting and securing new shippers, booking freight, negotiating rates, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring successful delivery.
